WHAT ARE THE EFFECTS OF EDGE? WHEN WILL I START TO FEEL THEM?
EDGE is designed to support your brain's natural ability to repair, protect and detoxify itself. WHEN/HOW SHOULD I TAKE EDGE?
Take two (2) capsules in the morning with food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
HOW SHOULD I STORE EDGE?
Store at or below 30°C away from direct sunlight and do not freeze.
IS EDGE VEGETARIAN/VEGAN FRIENDLY?
Yes, EDGE is safe to take for vegetarians and vegans.
DOES EDGE CONTAIN ANY...?
EDGE does not contain any genetically modified organisms (GMO), nuts, wheat, gluten, preservatives, sulphites, animal products, artificial colouring or flavouring.
EDGE does contain soy, corn or their derivatives.
CAN I TAKE EDGE WITH...?
To date we have observed no adverse side-effects in taking EDGE along with other dietary supplements and most other prescription medications. However, we recommend you consult a healthcare practitioner for any specific concerns, as they will have a better understanding of you and your medical history and can offer more detailed guidance as a result.
Due to the possibility of an adverse reaction of some of the ingredients found in EDGE with certain specific prescription medications, please consult a healthcare practitioner prior to using EDGE if you are also taking:
CAN I TAKE EDGE IF...?
To date we have observed no adverse side-effects in taking EDGE while also simultaneously experiencing other adverse health related issues. However, we recommend you consult a healthcare practitioner for any specific concerns, as they will have a better understanding of you and your medical history and can offer more detailed guidance as a result.

You can take EDGE if you are under the age of 30 and still experience many of the beneficial effects it has to offer. However, we do not recommend that you take EDGE if you are under the age of 21.
Do not take EDGE if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Do not take EDGE if you are allergic to plants of the apiaceae/carrot family, soy, or corn, as you may experience an adverse reaction.
HOW DO I KNOW EDGE IS SAFE?
We invest heavily in our quality control and testing procedures in order to ensure EDGE™ is always of the safest and highest quality. Every batch of EDGE is rigorously tested for purity, allergens, pesticides, herbicides, heavy metals, residual solvents, yeast, mold and a range of bacterium. EDGE is manufactured in a GMP certified facility in Canada.

HOW AM I CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
You are charged the full amount for your order in Singapore Dollars at the time you make your purchase. The amount will depend on how many bottles you order, any applicable discounts and/or the current exchange rate, if you are paying in another currency.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept PayPal and most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
HOW LONG WILL ONE BOTTLE OF EDGE LAST?
One bottle of EDGE contains 60 capsules that will last for 30 days, when taken at the recommended daily dosage of 2 capsules per day in the morning with food.
HOW MANY BOTTLES OF EDGE CAN I ORDER?
For domestic orders in Singapore you can order up to 6 bottles of EDGE at a time and have them delivered to you at a Singapore address subject to the applicable shipping fees.
For international orders you can order up to 3 bottles of EDGE at a time, once every 3 months. Many countries impose a limit on how many bottles you can import at a time for personal use, which is why international orders are restricted to 3 bottles per order.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ONLINE INFORMATION IS SECURE?
In order to safeguard your personal and payment information, we utilize trusted online payment processors PayPal and Shopify to securely process your online order. We do not keep or store any of your credit card information.

IS SHIPPING INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF EDGE?
No, shipping fees are applicable.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
Aside from local shipping in Singapore, we also ship up to 3 bottles at a time to Hong Kong, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, France, Germany, United Kingdom, and are in the process of adding more countries to this list. All international orders ship from Singapore.
Although we do our best to ensure our products meet the customs and regulatory requirements for all international countries we ship to, we also suggest you familiarize yourself with these requirements prior to placing an international order.
ARE TAXES, DUTIES AND/OR ADDITIONAL DELIVERY RELATED FEES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF EDGE?
Unfortunately, despite our best efforts we cannot guarantee international orders will not be subject to additional tax, duty and/or other delivery related fees upon arrival at their intended destination, as how these charges are levied can vary significantly depending on the country. For this reason we are unable to pay for any additional tax, duty or additional delivery related fees that may be incurred for international orders, and you as the customer will be responsible for these additional charges in the event they may arise.
We advise you to inquire with your local customs agency for any further questions regarding duty and tax.
WHO DO YOU USE TO DELIVER EDGE?
For local orders in Singapore we use Singapore Post to deliver EDGE as registered article to your letterbox.
All international orders are shipped only via DHL Express.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED? CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ONLINE?
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your order online. Be sure to check your junk mailbox in case the email happened to end up in there!
WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
For local orders in Singapore you will generally receive your order no more than 5 business days after placing it online. Your order will be delivered to your letterbox.
If you have selected the "Self Collection" shipping option (Singapore only) then you will need to stop by our office at 20 Bendemeer Road, #03 -10 BS Bendemeer Centre, Singapore 339914 to collect your order between 9:00am - 12:00pm and 2:00pm - 6:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
For international orders we strive to have your order delivered directly to your door no more than 15 business days after you have placed it, and generally it will arrive much sooner than this. However, timelines for international orders can vary significantly depending on the final destination, customs and/or the local postal delivery service. In rare instances this can cause a delay in your order of up to 30 days or longer.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
For local orders in Singapore, if 5 business days have passed and you still haven't received your order, please ensure that you check for any "Delivery Advice" notice that may have been left by Singapore Post in your letterbox. Failing this, please contact us a support@slsnutra.com to let us know your order hasn't arrived and we will investigate further.
For international orders, timelines for delivery can vary significantly depending on the final destination, customs and/or the local postal delivery service. While we strive to ensure you receive your order no more than 15 business days after placing it, in rare instances it can take up to 30 days or more until you receive your order. If you still haven't received your order after 30 days please contact us at support@slsnutra.com to let us know and we will investigate further.
Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, due to circumstances beyond our control we cannot guarantee international orders will not be delayed or, in very rare instances, held up entirely by customs agencies. Thus, we are unable to replace or refund orders that do not arrive for this reason. For any questions relating to customs regulations we encourage you to contact your local customs agency prior to making your purchase.
I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT IT IS DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please do not consume EDGE if the bottle and/or seal is damaged. You can contact us at support@slsnutra.com to let us know your order was damaged when you received it and we will provide further instructions on how to have your products replaced free of charge.
